At Hat Heaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear. If your new cap doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Hat

  Place the hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure the crown maintains its shape during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
